Creation in Erasure.

Erasure, or “blackout”, poetry imagines an alternative meaning to a work already written by taking individual words out of their context and placing them in another. The poet often carves their own interpretations of the original work through this form of erasure. Most commonly found amongst the cynical, the bored, and those who yearn to play with something new.
